Oh, cruel fate! Right off the bat, it’s Mars vs. Tyler and Castle vs. Charles. Tough decisions!
A few errors:
1. Jared and Jensen are the actors that play the Winchester brothers. The characters are Sam and Dean. You might also want to include their dad, John Winchester, and maybe even their deceased mother, Mary.
2. You list the Simpson family as “Simpsons.” Should just be “Simpson.”
3. I don’t watch Sarah Connor Chronicles, but I’m pretty sure Cameron isn’t a part of the Connor family.

Just to let you know, Claire Bennett is also technically part of the Petrelli family, being the daughter of Nathan.
And how come Celia is included in the Summers family? She’s only ever mentioned/featured as a tiny part of one episode :S There’s also an Aunt Arlene mentioned once or twice but they never went into that.
SO not fair pairing the Bartowskis (Chuck) with the Simpsons (Simpsons) or the Morgans (Dexter) with the Tams (Firefly) – too big of a cult following to give them a shot…sigh…whatever, as long as the Bluths keep going strong, I’ll be happy

It would be OK to include Cameron as a member of the Connors. Cameron is pretending to be John’s sister as part of her cover story.
Cameron can be part of the Connor family – she was undercover as Sarah’s daughter and John’s sister. And why not add Kyle to the mix too? He fathered John Connor 20 years before he was even more and that should automatically give him the title for most Awesome TV dad!
Their family is insanely dysfunctional and unconventional anyhow… which means they should win this.

Even if you exclude Cameron, because the Connors include The Future Savior of All Humanity and The Ex-Waitress Who Trained Him there’s really no competition… except perhaps Simon and River, but since they’re John and Cameron’s great, great, great… grandchildren technically they’re the same family
Possibly my two favorite TV families, Gilmore and Connor, are pitted together. Really not fair. Vote went to Connor, though I go back-and-forth on it.
Also, Mars vs. Tyler is not fair. I had to say Tyler, which I’m kind of glad I did, because they’re not winning.
Love the Charles’ on PD, but the dynamic between Castle and his daughter, as well as Castle and his mother can’t be beat.

Hmm, the picture of the Connors has Cameron in it, but she’s not listed as a family member. She should be. To the outside world, she was Sarah’s daughter and John’s sister.
This’s ridiculous when Cameron got remove from Connors.
Basically, The Connors family only have Sarah and John. Derek? He is a Reese. Cameron, she’s a reprogram Terminator.
Derek is in The Connors? Why? Because Kyle was John father?
Cameron is John’s twin sister, why can’t she in? Because she was a Phillips then a Baums? If so Derek is a Reeses then a Baums too should not be in.
Say, the parents saying to their adopted child that he/she is not in The Family because of difference in bloodline and origin although they live together, and he/she saved all other members from death at least one time.
And in the future Cameron was sent from she is the only ‘humanoid’ that John allows to meet him.
Simple put, Cameron is one of the Connors.

I still don’t think a robot masquerading as someone’s sibling counts as “family,” which to me means an actual relation by blood, marriage, or adoption, but I shall cede my position to the SCC fans.

I am absolutely LOVING all the Firefly love on this site. First River wins Most Badass TV character, then the Operative got to the finals for Most Badass Movie Villain (not sure if he won), now there are the Tams, Nathan Fillion’s new tv series Castle, Adam Baldwin’s new tv show Chuck and Summer’s Terminator. Though I must say it’s very unfair that I’ll have to decide between the Bluth’s and the Tam’s next round.
